Meet The Trainers
Owner and founder of Allied Dog Training, Diane has always had a passion for working with animals. After spending countless hours volunteering at local animal shelters walking and socializing dogs Diane wanted to do more to help shelter dogs find their forever homes. It was this experience that lead her to leave the entertainment industry where she was working as a TV producer and start a full time apprenticeship. It was here that Diane gained extensive knowledge in canine behavior and dog culture, obedience training, aggression rehabilitation, and behavior modification. After completing her rigorous apprenticeship, Diane stayed on as a member of the team training numerous dogs in basic and advanced obedience and specializing in aggression rehab.
In 2013 Diane expanded her horizions and formed Allied Dog Training. Diane’s focus is to help owners understand their dog, learn how to better communicate with their dog, and work together as a team. A strong believer in the No-Kill movement, Diane is dedicated to volunteering her time and expertise at shelters and implement training programs that will increase a dogs adoptability. Her hope is that one day there will no longer be a need for shelters and all dogs will have a loving home.
Diane currently shares her home and her heart with her two puggles Bones and Hercules, her working line German Shepherd Axel and her pitbull Nala.
